All paid plans are one-time payments processed securely via Stripe. As assessment reports are generated immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once a report has been generated. If you experience a technical issue, contact us at hello@tacminds.com within 7 days.
All content, algorithms, report templates, and AI models used by TACCogniX are the intellectual property of TACMinds Global. Your personal assessment data belongs to you. AI-generated career reports are licensed to you for personal use only.
Career reports, CV content, and career recommendations are generated by Cognix AI based on your inputs. These are informational outputs — not professional psychological assessments. TACCogniX is not liable for career decisions made based on AI-generated reports.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and, where applicable, the Information Technology Act 2000 (India). Disputes shall be resolved in Dubai, UAE.
